Where do I start? Should I watch all the videos?
We recommend that you choose the role and situation that suits you best. Do you want to prevent and prepare, or do you urgently need help here and now?
All courses of illness and life crises are different, so there is not one correct order and you do not need to watch all videos in chronological order.
The videos are divided into respectively, before, during and after critical illness and with a brief introduction so you can easily find out what is relevant to you.
What does the ”Mark as viewed " button mean?
Under each video you will find a button called “Mark as viewed”. When you press it, we put a ”check mark” next to that video on the video overview so you can keep track of which videos you’ve viewed.
You can always go back to the video, even if it is marked as viewed, and watch it again. This feature is only a help to make it easier for you as a user.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
The easiest way to reset your password is to tap Log in at the top left of the front page and select ”Forgot password” at the bottom of the box. Enter your email address and we will send you a link where you can reset your password.
Can I get direct help if I am in a specific situation?
Yes, as a member you have the opportunity to talk to us at Cocuura and get specific sparring on the situation you might be in.
