Being a member at Cocuura should be easy. However, if you have questions about your membership, registration or anything else, you can find answers to the most frequently asked questions here.
Registration and membership
When will we have access to our membership?
With our 5-day trial, you have access to the membership immediately. In connection with the payment, you as an administrator create your own login to Cocuura’s platform. This login works both as an administrator on the platform, where you can manage your membership and as your personal membership to Cocuura. Meaning, you can both invite all your employees to join immediately and start exploring the platform yourself.
We have English-speaking staff. Does Cocuura exist in English?
Cocuura is also available in English. Once you are logged in to My Cocuura, you can select English in the upper right corner of the screen. All pages and take aways are translated, and videos are subtitled in English.
Membership
How long does a membership last?
How long does a membership last? We offer both a monthly membership and an annual membership. If you choose the annual membership, we offer a 20% discount on the annual price, as our annual payment costs are lower than monthly payments.
How do we cancel a membership?
You can terminate the membership at any time, which will expire when your current period ends (month or year).
If you wish to cancel the membership, go to your control panel. Tap Cocuura membership and select View membership. On this page you can unsubscribe from the membership, which will then run until the next renewal.
Can we change our membership?
You can at any time add or remove the number of seats associated with your membership. The change will be in effect from the beginning of the next membership period.
How do we add more members to our organisation? We have run out of seats.
If you need more units, you can easily change the number.

- Tap Invite and Edit Employees on the left side and select Add and Invite Employees.
- On the left-hand side, tap Adjust Number of Employees.
- Press the ”Change number of employees” button and enter the new number of employees and press Update.
- Complete the payment for the additional number of employees you have added. You only pay for the new employees for the remaining time of your membership period.
Can we remove employees if we become fewer?
Yes, that is easily done under your Control panel.

Payment & Invoicing
Do we receive an invoice?
Ja, I modtager en faktura med det samme, når I tilmelder jer, og igen når beløbet opkræves.
Can we pay by credit card?
Yes, you can pay with both Visa/Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept only Dankort as our payment provider does not support this.
Can we pay via bank transfer/invoice?

Managing employees
How do we invite our employees?
As soon as you have signed up, you will have access to your control panel. Here you can either download a link that you can share with your employees, or you can enter the email addresses of those you want to register. They will then receive an email.

- On the left-hand side, tap Add Employees.
- On this page you can get your organisation’s registration link. It is unique for your organisation. You can also renew the link if necessary.
- Under the link there is an opportunity to enter the employee’s email and send them an email with an invitation.
- Under Role you can choose whether the employee should be a member or manager. A manager can view all your members, as well as invite and delete other members.
Can everyone sign up on our organization link?
Yes, anyone who receives the link can join your organization (until you have no more spaces). If someone signs up by mistake or you just want to remove someone from your organization, this is how it is done:

What do we do if the link is misused?
Should it happen that the link is used outside the organization, you can easily change it.

- On the left-hand side, tap Add Employees.
- Tap the ”Renew Link ” button. The old link now does not work anymore.
Then you can delete the people who are not to be associated:

An employee is no longer employed by us. Can we remove this member?
Yes, you are in full control of who are members of your organization.

Can our employees change their password?
All employees have their own control panel where they can change the password, change their username, email address, etc.
They just have to go to their Control panel and on the left side tap ”Your account and password”.
It is also possible to request a new password when logging in, if you should have forgotten it. They will then receive an email with a link that resets their password.
My membership
Do I have access to all videos in all three tracks (manager, colleague, the person with a crisis or critical illness)?
We believe that a common language and a common understanding helps in difficult situations, and we want to equate all members. Therefore, everyone has access to all three tracks. That means that you can watch all videos whether you are a manager, colleague, in a crisis or critically ill yourself.
Where do I start? Should I watch all the videos?
We recommend that you choose the role and situation that suits you best. Do you want to prevent and prepare, or do you urgently need help here and now?
All courses of illness and life crises are different, so there is not one correct order and you do not need to watch all videos in chronological order. The videos are divided into respectively, before, during and after critical illness and with a brief introduction so you can easily find out what is relevant to you.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
The easiest way to reset your password is to tap Log in at the top left of the front page and select ”Forgot password” at the bottom of the box. Enter your email address and we will send you a link where you can reset your password.
What does the ”Mark as viewed " button mean?
Under each video you will find a button called “Mark as viewed”. When you press it, we put a ”check mark” next to that video on the video overview so you can keep track of which videos you’ve watched. You can always go back to the video, even if it is marked as viewed, and watch it again. This feature is only a help to make it easier for you as a user.
Can I get direct help if I am in a specific situation?
Yes, as a member you have the opportunity to talk to us at Cocuura and get specific sparring on the situation you might be in. Contact us at help@cocuura.comor phone number 70 20 52 50, then we’ll arrange for a time where we can have a dialogue about what you are experiencing right now.
Cocuura
Who is behind Cocuura?
Cocuura is founded by Lena Boel & Mads Hansen, who were both at the peak of their careers in respectively business and elite sports, when they each got a cancer diagnosis.
Both have fortunately come out well on the other side, but experienced along the way that it was a difficult situation to handle at their workplace.
Lena Boel & Mads Hansen wants to do get rid of the fear of confrontation when critical illness and serious life crises hit the workplace. The partners have both advised and given many lectures to Danish companies.

At our workplace we do not have any employees who are critically ill. Why do we need a Cocuura membership?
Critical illness and serious life crises affect all workplaces.
Unhealthy lifestyles and lifestyle diseases account for 40% of the disease burden in Denmark, and often lead the way towards critical illness. It is not a question of if, but when one of your employees or colleagues is affected by critical illness or develops lifestyle diseases.
At Cocuura we also focus on prevention. We inspire and help you to get healthier employees – and thus a healthier workplace. And then, of course, we are ready with good advice when the crisis strikes. When you “train in peacetime,” you stand stronger on the day the need arises.
When is the best time to sign up for Cocuura?
Critical illness and serious life crises never come at opportune moments. It never fits in and you can’t plan your way out of that situation. Therefore, we believe that you can benefit from signing up right now. It is to the company’s benefit both humanly and financially.
Lectures and Events
Do you have events and lectures?
Yes, we will regularly host both physical and online lectures, webinars and events.
There will be both open offers that everyone can sign up for, and closed lectures and events that members are invited to. Keep an eye on our events on this site, or sign up for our newsletter so you are always up to date.
Is Cocuura only a digital learning universe, or do physical events also exist?
When it comes to something as difficult as critical illness and serious life crises, we believe that it also requires physical presence. Therefore, we also organise physical events with exciting and relevant topics, as well as charity events in the service of the good cause.

Can Cocuura come out to the company and help with specific needs?
