For many years, Anna West has worked at the intersection of research, elite sports, military, and corporate worlds with a specific mission: to ensure that knowledge about circadian rhythms, sleep, stress and performance doesn’t end up in academic journals, but is transformed into implementable strategies that can help both individuals and organizations change bad habits and ultimately understand how to use sleep as a performance enhancer.
Today, she runs the company Sleep2perform.
Sleep2perform works with numerous European football clubs, national and Olympic sports teams, as well as large international organizations.
The mission of Sleep2Perform is to convert the research around sleep into understandable and tangible strategies that people can use to optimize their sleep.
