Nicolej Krickau

Nicolaj Krickau became a handball league coach at just 27 years old and has served as head coach for SG Flensburg-Handewitt and GOG. The head coach has worked a lot with personal profiles, which he uses actively both on and off the field.

Earlier in his coaching career Nicolej Krickau had a player diagnosed with cancer on his team, and has gained useful knowledge, which he now shares with the business community. The personal profiles were one of the tools that the manager pulled out of the toolbox in the difficult situation.

When the videoes with Krickau were filmed, he was the head coach of GOG but in 2023 he started in the North German top club SG Flensburg-Handewitt.
