Cocuura ApS sells a digital mebership service on the site, www.cocuura.dk. The terms and conditions are effective between the client and Cocuura ApS.
\nThese terms and conditions for usage are effective for agreements between Cocuura ApS and a physical person (from here on after \u201cThe Client\u201d) regarding this service.<\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions constitute a collective agreement, which is valid between The Client and Cocuura ApS.

The Client is responsible for ensuring, that the information provided is accurate at the time of registration. Upon registration, The Client may only provide information regarding their own payment and credit cards.<\/p>\n

When registering, The Client is required to enter a client name and a password (hereafter \u201cLogin Information\u201d). The Clients Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.<\/p>\n

The Client is required to keep the Login Information in a safe place so that others cannot gain unauthorized access to them.<\/p>\n

The Client is responsible for all use of his or hers client account.
If The Client suspects illegal use of The Client Login Information, The Client must immediately notify Cocuura ApS and also change the password of the account.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Fees for using the Service must be paid according to the existing price list, which is available on the website.<\/p>\n

The membership is prepaid before every month or once a year.
The Client is required to pay for the membership through the means of payment methods offered by Cocuura ApS on the website. The Client commits to sign the necessary documents and to have sufficient funds available for payment through the chosen payment method at each payment date.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cocuura ApS reserves the right to change the fees and other Terms of the Service. The change must be notified to The Client no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. The Client is entitled to terminate the membership with effect from the date on which the change takes effect. If The Client does not terminate the membership before the change takes effect, it must be considered acceptance of the change. Changes that are obviously beneficial to The Client apply immediately without the right of cancellation of the Client.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cocuura ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa\/Dankort, Mastercard.
\nPayment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.
