Jesper Ratza

Jesper Ratza is the founder and CEO of the company AUTOproff, online auction for car dealers in Europe, which has won several gazelle awards. In 2019, Jesper Ratza was named Owner of the Year in the South Jutland region.

It was a critical moment in the development of the company, when the director, a year and a half after the foundation of AUTOproff, suffered a brain hemorrhage. The business manager now shares his experiences from both a managerial and a human perspective.
